On page 325 below you see me explaining to Welch that I could not just say I did not want the loan anymore. I could not just take the loan back like I could a dress at a department store. Which he tried to compare THE SITUATION I WAS GOING THROUGH to. I could not rescind the loan because the NOTICE OF RECISSION 3-day period had passed. They made sure the 3-day time forgiveness would pass by me not receiving the paperwork WELL AFTER THE THREE-DAY PERIOD.

At the bottom of page 325 above you see me acknowledging to receiving 70,000 out of the 2000,000 dollars I was promised. I was actually using the money they gave me which should have been for other things to make the inflated mortgage payments. In hindsight I now realize that 130,000 dollars I never received, they most likely POCKETED IT.

Prosecutor Welch tried to make it appear as if I DID NOT TRY to MITIGATE THE PROBLEM.
