Then, on this document below we see that only 3 months later after the sale of my home the NOTARY BRENDA PEREZ who signed the TRUSTEE DEED UPON SALE lost her license for violating the OATH OF BEING A NOTARY REPUBLIC IN CALIFORNIA.
 
 
This document below from the SECRETARY of STATE shows that when I requested information on the Document #2012-0104661, my trustee deed upon sale, could not be answered because BRENDA PEREZ’S signature did not correspond to the one, THEY HAD ON FILE. HER STATUS HAS BEEN REVOKED.
 
 
What is really interesting is how one of the charges against me was a violation of Cal Penal Code §15 (a) Law section (ca.gov). This documentation right here shows LPS, SPS, the notary used for the TRUSTEE DED UPON SALE, and probably other INSTRUMENTS USED TO TAKE MY HOME FOR ME WERE PART OF A BIGGER CONSPIRACY.
